These Terms govern all purchases and use of albertapin.ca, owned by TNSF™ (The North Stands Free).

1. Products & Pricing

All prices are in Canadian dollars. Prices and availability are subject to change, but confirmed orders will be honored at the time of purchase.

2. Orders & Payment

Payments are processed securely through Stripe or PayPal. By placing an order, you agree that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use your selected payment method.

3. Shipping

Orders ship via Canada Post within 3–5 business days. Delivery times vary based on destination. We are not responsible for postal delays, lost mail, or customs processing times.

4. Returns & Replacements

All sales are final.
However, if your pin arrives damaged, you may request a replacement within 14 days of delivery. See the Refund Policy below for full details.

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages arising from product use or shipping issues.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the laws of Canada applicable therein.
