Refund & Replacement Policy

We take pride in the quality of every pin.
1. No Refunds
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or buyer error.
2. Damaged or Defective Pins
If your pin arrives damaged, you are eligible for a replacement within 14 days of receiving your order.
To request a replacement:
Email [your contact email] with your order number and a clear photo of the damaged pin.
You must return the damaged pin in its original packaging before a replacement is issued.
Buyer covers return shipping unless otherwise agreed.
3. Replacement Conditions
Replacement requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
Returned pins must be postmarked within 7 days of approval.
Replacement items will be shipped after the damaged pin is received and inspected.
